Valerio del Rosario, CEO of El Cardón NaturExperiencie explained that the project is characterized by its exclusivity, both by the reduced number of places that are established in each event, as well as the limited number of sessions, which in this year 2024 will be only three, each surprising and different, in addition to their intrigue another of their differentiating elements.

The first event took place in the municipality of Garachico, and revolved around its founder, the Italian Cristóbal de Ponte 1447-1532, with the enogastronomic experience led by Niki Pavanelli executive chef of the restaurant Il Bocconcino of the Royal Hideway Corales Resort, and José María Gómez, director of Bodegas Linaje del Pago, being held at the Hotel Rural El Patio.
