Francisco Borja de Mesa Manrique in his capacity as unintentional President of ASOCIACIÓN CLÚSTER DE ENOTURISMO DE CANARIAS, convenes the celebration of the Ordinary General Assembly of the Asociación de Clúster de Enturismo de Canarias, which will take place next Thursday, May 4, 2023, at the headquarters of the Cátedra de Agroturismo y
Enoturismo de Canarias of the ULL, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in first session at
17:00 hours, and in second session at 17:30 hours.
Afterwards, an Extraordinary General Assembly will be summoned on the same day at
6:30 p. m. for the first session, and at 7:00 p.m. for the second,
according to the following agendas:
ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the minutes of the previous Assembly.
- Communication of new member registrations.
- The current situation of the Administrative Litigation and proposals for action.
- Presentation of the actions carried out and projects presented.
- Subsequent arrivals.
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
- Approval, if applicable, of the proposed amendment to the bylaws: Extension of the Object of the Canary Islands Wine Tourism Cluster Association.
As well as delegation of vote for the Ordinary Assembly, which shall be sent to
the secretary of the Association before 14:00 hours on May 3, 2023, through
email clusterenoturismocanarias@gmail.com.
